WOW!!! That’s all I can think of when I look at my new fence! Your company made a superior product and installed it beautifully. If you recall, I was really nervous about having any gap at the bottom of the fence since we have a little dog. The men who came to install the fence were wonderful and did an excellent job. Needless to say, our dog, Sophie is sound and secure!

Sophie even loves the new fence as it gives her a new sense of freedom. Thanks again. It was a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to doing Phase II of our fence project next year. You’ll definitely be hearing from me.

I spoke with you via telephone yesterday regarding a job that was completed at my house in Valley Stream on Wednesday April 21, 2005. The work crew was headed up by a man named James. Amendola’s furnished and installed our fence in August 2003. At that time, every aspect of our experience with Amendola’s was positive. The sales and installation staff members were true professionals, working to ensure our complete satisfaction. While certain aspects of the installation were challenging, thanks to the efforts of your engineers and installers, the finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier. When installation of the original order, enclosing our property’s rear yard was completed, we called your offices to express our satisfaction, and immediately ordered several sections to complete fencing along the front yard property line. This order was also handled promptly and once again, we were completely satisfied.

Recently we experienced a minor problem with the gate’s closing mechanism. Once again, you and your staff worked diligently to rectify the situation. Our correspondance and phone calls were handled efficiently and the repair was made to our satisfaction. I wish to especially compliment your customer service representative Alicia for her kindness and her willingness to “go the extra mile”. She was a pleasure to speak to, extremely attentive and knowledgable and truly a pleasure to work with.

Our Amendola fence has greatly enhanced our property and I know we can look forward many years of continued satisfaction. On behalf of the Greenlawn Volunteer Fire Department, I would like to thank you for the fantastic job that your employees did in replacing our fence at 23 Boulevard Ave. This property is owned by our volunteer membership. Your employees that removed our old fence and installed the new fence, where very meticulous and skillful during our entire installation and the end result shows it.

All our members and neighbors are very happy with how our property now looks. What a great improvement, in a little town like Greenlawn word spreads fast, people are driving by just to take a look. I am sure this will eventually bring you more customers from our area and our 150 members and neighboring departments and their members.

I know the Board of Fire Commissioners who are elected by be tax payers have received a price from Dennis to replace the fences around the Fire District parking lots that will be paid for with taxpayer funds not private as ours were. The Board of Fire Commissioners who are also Volunteer members remarked how fast and clean of a job took place over the last two days. I am sure they will contact Dennis soon, they have to comply with legalities and nothing moves fast in the public sector.

I personally would like to thank Dennis. He gave me a quote back in August. He was very knowledgeable of your company, product line and installation time line.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Fire Department, I had wanted to replace the fencing approx. 50 yrs old, for many years, and I have been a member far 30yrs and never liked it.

The cost was too high to burden our Volunteer Treasury. We have had many salespeople come in, but never a person like Dennis. I had never met Dennis before and he was sent to me by a mutual friend. From the time Dennis and I first talked, I felt very comfortable with him. He guided me through every step, he helped us work within our budget and at no time made me feel uncomfortable or wonder if the Vol. Fire Department was getting a bad deal. Dennis was there with us the entire time from quote to installation, always available, informative and insured us that your company would supply the finest of product and labor and he was correct. I know that in the future if we should ever have to contact your company for further installation or repairs we can count on your company for quality care. From owner to salesperson to installers we are very happy with your company and the final result.
